Change your power management settings in NVIDIA Control Panel
Step 1: Open NVIDIA Control Panel (double click the NVIDIA icon on the taskbar).
Step 2: Select Manage 3D settings, click Power management mode, and select Prefer maximum performance.

Reinstall your graphics driver
Perhaps your previously installed NVIDIA driver causes the Error code 3 (subcode 2). To fix it, you should try clean uninstalling the driver.
